We had a great experience with Victory Hardwood Floors. We recently purchased a home that had been abused for years and used as an AirBnB party-house. Needless to say the floors were in horrible condition. (If anyone is reading this that is renting out their house as an AirBnB party house, please stop. Your neighbors will thank you.)
At first when starting the renovation, because of the floors deteriorated condition, I had assumed the floors were of a cheaper engineered flooring, but upon closer inspection discovered it was solid wood! So the decision was made to refinish the floors.
Victory Hardwood was part of a triple-bid and their estimate was very competitive. They even gave us a break on the stair work, which really tipped the scale.
In the end the results were remarkable. Night and Day. They were able to not only smooth and level out the floors, but also bring out the richness of the wood grain. The floors look brand new and amazing.
They were prompt, respectful and we never had any issues with their crew. I'd highly recommend Victory Hardwood to anyone looking to refinish their hardwood flooring.
Izzy and his crew were top notch and did a fantastic job on our job that was about 500 Square feet with a pool table! They came with 4 guys who knew what they were doing and knocked it out in one day - they even did minor repairs to ensure the floor would not be damaged by weather - AT NO EXTRA COST - Izzy have an estimate and he stuck with the estimate - anything he promises, he delivers - would highly recommend their services
